“Hold Your Head Up” – Argent

This is another one of those ‘wow factor’ songs with a high, lilting vocal
and a very sophisticated chord structure. If you’ll have a listen to the organ
solo sections you’ll see. The guitar riff was, again, Gibson-Marshall and
very cool. This is a very fun one to play. When we first started rehearsing
this song it dawned on us that the lyrics were about a woman maintaining
her dignity as she received cat calls from the riff raff simply for looking good
while walking down the street. A very cool subject matter for a rock band often
with reputation for quite the opposite behavior.

My son and I went to see this band in Clifton and we heard this song for the first time and we just loved it. Loved the band! Thanks for a nice evening.
